Why is my webpage adding the same URL in history if I add a youtube iframe to it?

When i open my webpage testdev.com, it has a youtube iframe embeded in it. It is adding the same page in the back of browser history. Now if I open the youtube popup and then close it, it again adds my url: testdev.com in the history so like i have to press back in browser multiple times to go back to the previous page as it reloads the same page. I have used .net mvc, sitecore and JS tech.
