CkEditor - Modify dynamically a Media Embed

I want to dynamically modify the URL of a Media Embed in CkEditor with Angular.
For instance, I want that http://example.com/sample becomes http://example.com/sample/foo when I valid it.

I've reading the doc but I'm not sure to find any answer.
