I wanna build an android application that split audio but I am beginner to work audio programming. in fact I saw an application Splitter.ai that did it well. Is there any Library in Python Or Java that do some like Splitter.ai? I know that java has some packages like java.sound that analyze audio but it is not straightforward like Splitter.ai.
