What is the best site where I can create free surveys and import the data as a df in my Google Colab without the use of APIs

I'm planning to create dashboards based on surveys, I have used Google forms but I'm having issues importing the form data directly rather than uploading a .csv file into my Colab.

So I`m requesting fellow coders if thy could recommend any such sites where data import into a df is smooth and has ease-of-use.
