I would like to send an Excel file in a blob in logicapps and would like to know how to do it

When I get an error in the synapse pipeline, I can send an error notification email in logicapps. I would like to attach the Excel file that caused the error.

Please tell me how to attach the file to the error notification email in the logic app.
