What is Negative ARC Counts in Swift and how it works

In one of my interviews, i suppose to answer about negative ARC counts in iOS. I have explained about how reference count works. But i am not sure what exactly is negative ARC count is. I didn't found any articles related to this over the apple docs as well as on internet. I am eager to know what exactly is Negative ARC counts in iOS world and how it works.
