EasyAdmin 4: how to add custom row with totals

1. saying, we have some admin page with table that show us billing.
2. we filter it by the field Client and Date

Now we need to show totals row for that Client. For example, how many items he has for that filter period and the current sum.

From what should I start to do it? Can I do it only after filtering?
