Host to Guest Network Connection in VM Machine Destination host not found

I have installed VMware® Workstation 16 Pro. In there I have using 2 redhat 8 VM. I have given manual IP to both machines. IPs are 192.168.50.10 and 192.168.50.11 Gateway 192.168.50.1. The 2 VMs are pinging each other and they are in bridge mode. But the both VM is not pinging my host machine. Host machine IP is 172.16.1.225. In DHCP both machine works fine. When I assign manual IP it wont connect to internet.
