How can I get the number for one brand from different brands and dates?

So I have this sheet for sales on Ebay and Amazon

How can I calculate actual sales from different sheet for lets say "phones" 1-9-2022 to 7-9-2022? I tried

=COUNTIFS(...input formula here...)

But still it counts everything.
