On the SSRS report, when I click on the report, I would like to be able to select YES or NO for a filter toggle to include test data

If I select YES (include test claims), the report should display all submissions for test records (ABC-000 through ABC-999 or TES-000 through TES-999).

If NO (do not include test claims), the report should not include submissions for test records in the report data results.
