Can anyone out there help me explain how i get into backend development? And how you practically create a backend?
My background is that i have been developing frontend html and css for almost 8 years - not full time although. Now i have started to learn more and more Javascript. And i would really like to learn backend development (think node.js would be the best for me).
Let's say that i for example wanted to create a backend for a SaaS tool of some sort with a backend dashboard. Can anyone take me through step-by-step how you would do this? What knowledge and skills do i need to gain in order to be able to do this? Maybe if you could provide some ressources as well!
