SQL Server CPU 100% (Overall) constantly. 70% used by SQL and 40% by other process. RAM utilization only 20%. What could be the issue?

Recently SQL server CPU utilization jumped to 100% from 30%. No deployment or windows update done recently.

It's Always On Cluster Setup.
