How to host image and pdf file on moodle?

Our company portal is using moodle plugin for webpage integration. I was tasked to create a webpage and integrate it into our portal using moodle. When I was about to upload the files, the portal only accepted the HTML file. Is there a way to host image and pdf files on moodle?
