How to Create a Slider using Html, css React or any other Option

I'm stuck I need to create such a Slider I'm using Reactjs and MUI5, Mui has a pretty Good Slider but my requirement is to create a slider in which the line will be above the slider thumb and curve at the thumb position. it's a Temperature Control Slider
