I have recently installed MySQL for Excel but when I try to connect to MySQL I am getting a Connection Attempt Failed Error:

I have seen some similar issues here on Stack overflow and tried several of the solutions included here: MySQL For Excel Connection Failed, but I'm still getting the same error. The connection configuration that I'm using is as follows:
On the SSL tab, I have set Use SSL to NO.
Has anyone run into this issue and is there a fix or workaround?
EDIT: I am using Windows 11 64 bit.
