I intalled everything ste by step according to a Youtube installation guide yet the next button is somehow greyed out. Does anyone has a solution to this?

You have a service or programm that alreadyy has the default port 3306 opened.
You can either delete that programm(mysql, mariadb or xampp)
or you choose anther prot and use that in the future
