How many RISC/MIPS instruction sets are there

I know that MIPS has 31 core instructions set, and pseudo instructions are built based on the 31 core instruction set. But what about Arithmetic core instruction sets? are they also built based on the core instruction sets? Are there any other types of instruction sets that are built based on the 31 core instruction sets? And how many total pseudo instruction sets are there?
