I am trying to upgrade Linux using "sudo apt-get upgrade" and i keep running onto an error

I am trying to upgrade Linux using sudo apt-get upgrade and i keep running onto this error message:

The package linux-headers-5.13.0-41 needs to be reinstalled, but an archive for it can't be found.
