I have below the image of the working file which depicts the response shown by respondents regarding different attributes belonging to different categories. Here, O means the absence of response while 1 means the positive response. I'm interested to generate a connectivity analysis graph in-between attributes from several categories using igraph in R. I'd highly appreciate your suggestions. Thank you in advance.
