Cpanel WHM issue- Not allowing me to load image

I have made a website using PHP, Codeigniter v3, and simple Js without any third party. I have used grocery curd for the admin panel. but my Cpanel is not allowing me to upload images in the admin panel. it tries to load it but once it reaches 100 it generates an alert that shows the base URL of my website and then says 6.
