Execution failed for task ':global-core:compileSiteDebugJavaWithJavac'

I am facing one issue, after incrementing targetSdkVersion & compileSdkVersion to 31, I started facing an issue

Currently using Java 8 in the code, Could anyone help me how can i resolve it.
