I get an old program. I open it in Visual Studio 2022. It is not compiled and the error is about a certificat signature: "Impossible de trouver le certificat de signature de manifeste dans le magasin de certificats"

I have done my search and I find out a solution on this web site:
It is about a signature of certificat for "ClickOnce". I do not understand. But it is compiled and working well.
