How can I make my text to not flicker or blink when my background images change on rev slider 6

Good day,

I have a site that has a Slider on the home page.

I have 4 images on the slider however the text is the same for all sliders.

Everytime when the slider changes the image the text flickers/blinks, how can I make the text not move when background images transition.
