For a Keycloak realm I have enabled the default action "Configure OTP" so that when a new user is created the "Configure OTP" action should be required. Now I added an IDP and when we new user is created in Keycloak this user has the "Configure OTP" action set as required.
Do you if there is a way to bypass the default "Configure OTP" action from Keycloak for a IDP imported user so that when a new user is created via the IDP the "Configure OTP" action is not required?
