I have a Client who wants to change images inside sliders but he doesn't want to set image sizes. He asked me to set the placeholder size as the prototype so the layout won't change and the new images should stretch/crop to fit the placeholder. I have tried setting min & max size for each and every image but still the size changes when I replace it with another photo. (the website itself has many sliders with completely different layouts so writing CSS code for all of them is both inconvenient and will slow down the process and the website itself.
