heroku app doesn't load from devices/apps

I deployed my nodejs website on heroku(https://biometric-app-test.herokuapp.com/) , I can access it from my browser but I get a 404 error from postman from certain devices. I did try using ping biometric-app-test.herokuapp.com/ and it says Request timeout for icmp_seq 0. What could be a possible cause for this?
