How to update 'Unsubscribed' subscriber status in Marketing Cloud SF, if the contact re-subscribes via website and status changes in Sales Cloud

So, my question is: If a contact in All Subscribers with status Unsubscribed, re-subscribes via the website and is changed to subscribe in Sales Cloud, how do we update status in Marketing Cloud as well?
