We had terraform plan command working on my Mac until I installed Docker Desktop and aws-mwaa-local-runner when it started failing with 
but when pasted to Slack looks fine. I have looked into terminal encoding setup and UTF-8 is enabled, my .bash_profile is not changed by these installs. I am not sure what to look into. Has anyone run into this and has solved it?
