Tool/SDK or API for editing videos to integrate in my asp.net mvc application

Creating web application where I am looking for some kind of SDK or APIs to integrate in my site for video editing (overlay image, text etc and also video trimming, merging)

Also would be great if any pluggable tool will be available.
