can someone explain the <> in React, it is a div or what, I see that is different basically on design, can I add a property to it, for example, if you are iterating it and want to add the required index, how can I do that?
Something like this?:

A common pattern in React is for a component to return multiple elements. Fragments let you group a list of children without adding extra nodes to the DOM.
The Idea of the fragment element is not to receive any properties. If you want to apply properties you are better of with a div, span, or some other native component.
In your case, I would go with a div and pass the key directly to it. ->
todos.map((todo) => <div key={todo.name}>{todo.name}</div>)
