Python error - curses is not supported on this machine

I want to program a small chatbot. I am following a youtube tutorial and I tried to import different modules, which can be seen in the code:

import nltk
from nltk.stem.lancaster import LancasterStemmer
stemmer = LancasterStemmer()

import numpy
import tflearn
import tensorflow
import random
import json

When I try to run the code, the following error appears:

Following the same tutorial got me here. I found this to help on Windows OS. I suppose Windows was not considered by the author of said tutorial...

pip install windows-curses
