I want to show a very wide video (12000px) on a web page in 3 different sections of 4000px width, like in this image

I know that this can be done with canvas, but really I can't get it to work.
I already saw some examples but I didn't found this case in particular. Thanks in advance for any help.

The ideal solution would be having an animation like in this pen http://www.codepen.io/sephhh/pen/OVpELO?editors=1010
<canvas id="myCanvas" height=200 width=200 style="border:1px solid #000000;"></canvas>
// set up initial variables
var c = document.getElementById("myCanvas");
var ctx = c.getContext("2d");
ctx.beginPath();
ctx.moveTo(100,0);
ctx.lineTo(100,200);
ctx.stroke();
function drawCircle(x){
ctx.beginPath();
ctx.arc(x,100,10,0,2*Math.PI);
ctx.fillStyle="red";
ctx.fill();
}
var x = 0;
setInterval(function(){
ctx.clearRect(0,0,200,200);
drawCircle(x%200);
x++;
}, 25);
to have the same effect of starting in the 1st section an continue to the others using something like in this example where the canvas is spread in rectangles: http://craftymind.com/factory/html5video/CanvasVideo.html
