Product key visual studio?

I have previously used visual studio version 2019 and 2022, on an old computer. Now when I'm on another computer I could not find the projects I had already created. I did however find them on the old computer in visual studio but I still can't access them because it sais "Enter product key".

I tried to find the product key on the site of visual studio but it said that it could not find my subscription, I have though only used a free version of visual studio but I hope I still can access my projects and send them to my other computer? I also tried to find contact information to visual studio but it was difficult to find any.

Do anyone have an idea about what I could do?

As for the product key thing, i'm not sure, i guess you could open a support ticket. But, if you want your projects, you can find them in C:\Users[your user eg. admin]\source\repos. You could then transfer those to the new computer and insert them into the same location but in your new computer.

For the the product key, install Belarc Advisor within your old computer and hopefully will list all products key including Visual Studio
