Page with overflow hidden having an overflow

My side menu has a rigth: -200vw, so when someone click the menu icon, it recieves an class with rigth: 0. This is working, but the problem is that the side menu can be seen if you scrool to the right. My main has an overflow: hidden and the whole page has a width of 100vw.
