I am currently developing my first website and the designer made this design

I am confused about the name of the design, I want to know the name so i can research how to do it. Basically the dots bellow I don't know the naming of them

I don't know if there is a specific name for divs (or any element) with rounded corners and different color backgrounds. In my apps I call them "cards."

However, the dots below the cards indicate a slider or rotator of some kind.
